Excellent customer service. Ran into a issue with delivery and called me to get it cleared up. The only reason it is not five stars is they didn’t have the arrangement I ordered online. My thought being, if you don’t have it take it off the site. But would definitely use again and would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to share with you that the reason we don't take things off and put them back on when they become available is because the availability changes daily with what comes in or does not come in on each delivery. Everything we use is part of the supply chain shortage and we are trying to deal with it the best we can. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. This was the first time I used Roots of the Cove and my wife and I were very impressed with the service we received! Because you didn't have the exact flowers that I picked displayed, the Travis took the time to call me and ask me if it was ok to substitute! He even called before hours, and delivery was right on time! The flowers for my mother, Anne Shriver were beautiful!
